Actually, Post Author is an imperative thing for multi-author blog or that blog which accept guest post or hire authors. You can simply create either author profile (manually) or give others the opportunity to register your blog as author. Till now everything is Ok. But suppose you are accepted guest posts via Email, just like us and mistakenly you have published a post from your profile instead of creating a profile for guest bloggers. What you should do at this time? I think, you will make an author profile for guest blogger and put out guest posts from that account.
But as I have told you that you have already published a post from your profile, you must have to change the author name within mos.
How to change the author name of a published WordPress post?
It looks very easy and not yet so time spender. At first sign in to your WordPress admin panel with admin username and password. And go to the Edit Post of that particular article.
By default Author Box is a visible part of your Add New Post page but if you cannot find it on your screen, follow the following steps;
After that turn back to your main page and click the drop-down menu that contains author names. Pick out a name and update your post.
