As you all know, Apple announced the releasing of iOS 9 to the public on September 16 at their “Hey Siri” event happened last week.
Lot of people have contacted us for the exact time of release of iOS 9 for their time zones so here we have mentioned all the time zones in which you will be getting the update.
Apple is most probably going to release at around 10AM PST or 1PM EST based on their previous major releases last year.

Wed = Wednesday, 16 September 2015 (122 places).
Thu = Thursday, 17 September 2015 (23 places).
