You know that Firefox, powered by Mozilla, is a vivid web browser for Windows, Android Linux and some other platforms. Although it is not yet so much faster like Google Chrome but you could however get a great browsing experience if your data connection is pretty fast.
Apart from the Firefox and Firefox beta, there are also two web browser which are using for testing purpose. Whenever, Firefox gets any major update, developers use the similar update on their Nightly build version before regular consumers.
I always use Beta version of mostly used web browser – that may be for computer or for Android phone. If you are using Nightly build or Aurora version of Firefox, you can use that in two different modes i.e. desktop mode and metro mode.
The Desktop Mode is for other platforms like Windows 7, XP etc. and the Metro Mode is for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 which has a great looks, call Metro Screen. You will get a better experience and it will be faster than desktop browser.
How to Open Firefox in Metro mode?
This is however pretty easy and not yet so time-consuming. Just open the Options of your browser.
Then navigate to the Advanced and General tab respectively. Therefore check the option that says Always check to see if Nightly is the default browser on startup (for Nightly build) and make sure that your browser is your default browser.
At last, make sure your changes. Now go your Metro screen and pick out your browser. Open it and that’s all! Now you can find Firefox in metro mode.
